Preparation

1.Shuck and clean the oysters and place on a large tray for grilling.
2.Slice the bacon into fine strips and pan fry untill golden, remove from the pan and drain excess fat.
3.Add the cooked bacon to the oysters and pour over KNORR Mexicasa Mild Chunky Salsa.
4.Place the oysters under the salamander grill and cook untill hot.
5.Garnish with the fresh chopped coriander and serve on a plate with rock salt and lemon wedges.
