Preparation
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the steak on both sides for about 2 minutes each side or untill cooked, remove from pan and keep hot.
2. Toast the sliced bread on both sides untill golden brown.
3. Wash and drain the rocket.
Assembly -
Build the steak sandwiches in the following order - Slice of toasted bread, rocket, HELLMANNS REAL Aioli, topside Steak, sliced onion, tomato and top with toasted bread.
Serving suggestion -
Serve with fresh cooked thick cut chips and Knorr World Cuisine Chipotle Sauce.
