Preparation

1. Preheat the oil in a fry pan and pan fry the fine diced onion until cooked without colour, Remove then set aside. In the same pan lightly fry the sliced onions until golden brown remove, set aside for use and keep hot.
2. Combine lamb mince, lamb sausage meat, cooked onion, mustard and pepper. Mix together well.
3. Shape the lamb mince mixture into (160g) burger patties. Grill, pan fry or BBQ the lamb patties to desired liking. Slice the Haloumi cheese and lightly pan fry until golden brown on both sides, remove and set aside for use.
5. Wash and drain the rocket.
6. Slice the Turkish burger buns and toast.

Assemble the burger in the following order - Toasted bottom burger bun, HELLMANNS REAL Mayonnaise, rocket, lamb pattie, haloumi cheese, grilled onion, KNORR Sundried Tomato Chilli Sauce and finally top burger bun

Serve with freshly cooked shoestring fries
