Preparation
1. Place the diced chicken breast into a large bowl and marinate with the KNORR Pataks Tandoori paste, 200g of the yoghurt and 100mL oil. Set aside for 1 hour, bake in a preheated oven (180°c) untill cooked.
2. Wash, peel and dice potato drizzle with a little oil and bake untill cooked, remove and allow to cool.
3. Peel and ¼ the onions, drizzle with a little oil and bake in the oven untill golden brown. remove and allow to cool.
4. To build the pizza, pour a generous amount of KNORR Pataks Tikka Masala Sauce and spread evenly over the base, making sure you spread up to the edges.
5. Add the remaining topping in the following order – chicken, potato, onion and grated cheese.
6. Once assembled place on a pizza tray and bake in oven until golden brown on top.
7. Garnish with yoghurt and fresh chopped coriander.
Note - Check that the pizza base is cooked by lifting and making sure that it is cooked underneath.
Seving suggestion -
Serve with fresh salad using a HELLMANNS dresssing.
