Preparation

1. Place the pizza base on a pizza tray and brush with olive oil, place in a preheated oven (170°C) and cook untill golden brown, remove and keep warm.
2. Drain and dry the capers on a paper towel, preheat the sunflower oil to 160°C and gently fry the capers untill they open, remove and drain on paper towel
3. To make the dill mayonnaise, fine chop the dill and add to the HELLMANNS REAL Mayonnaise along with the lime juice.
4. Pour KNORR Mexicasa Salsa on the cooked pizza base and spread to the edges.
5. Add the baby rocket and sliced smoked salmon.
6. Drizzle over the dill mayonnaise and sprinkle over the fried capers.
