Preparation
1. Add the olive oil to a preheated fry pan and cook the sliced chorizo sausages, set aside for use.
2. Spread the KNORR Sundried Tomato Chilli Sauce evenly on the pizza base.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients in the following order – grilled chorizo, mozzarella.
4. Place in the pizza oven until cooked, remove and add the baby spinach and chopped chives.
