Preparation
1. Peel and remove the vein from the tiger prawns, leaving the end tail on.
2. Place the oil to a fry pan and lightly fry the prawns and chopped garlic until just cooked, pour in the ouzo and flame. Add the KNORR Sundried Tomato Chilli Sauce and heat.
3. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta untill al dente, drain well.
Place the cooked pasta into a large white bowl, pour in the prepared sauce and garnish with the fetta and chopped parsley.
Note - If using fresh pasta, no pre-cooking is required.
