1. Method

    • Combine KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce with HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise.
    • Grill focaccia loaf until crisp, then spread with chipotle BBQ mayo.
    • Drain pineapple and chop. Place on top of focaccia along with chopped ham and grated cheese.
    • Bake in a preheated combi oven at 200 degree Celsius until golden, then cut into fingers.
  2. To Serve

    • Serve hot drizzled with extra chipotle bbq mayo if desired, sprinkled with chopped coriander if desired.
