Milk 750.0 ml

Leftover roast veggies, chopped 800.0 g

Green beans, finely chopped and blanched 100.0 g

Corned beef, chopped 400.0 g

Wholemeal breadcrumbs 100.0 g

Flat leaf parsley, chopped 75.0 g

English mustard 30.0 g

Baby rocket 125.0 g

Sliced dill pickles 150.0 g

Slices of hi-fibre white bread 20.0 x
Preparation

Method
- Bring milk to a simmer. Add Knorr Potato Flakes and stir until combined. Remove and cool.
- Fold through roast vegetables, beans, corned beef, breadcrumbs and parsley.
- Shape mixture into oval-shaped patties (makes 10 large patties). Chill for 2 hours.
- Mix together Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise and English mustard.
- Cook patties until golden and drain on paper towel.
- Top bread with mayo mix, then rocket and patties (1 per serve), along with pickles.
