Bold and flavourful, this peppercorn sauce uses canned pink or green peppercorns, giving it a slightly sweeter and refined flavour than the one made with coarsely cracked black pepper or dry peppercorns.

  1. Method

    • In a large pan, heat 500 ml of water. Whisk in KNORR Rich Brown Gravy Gluten Free and bring to the boil. Simmer for 2–3 minutes and continue whisking until smooth. 
    • Add peppercorns and thickened cream and continue whisking until fully combined, then serve.
