Tomato Cream Cheese Mayo

  • Mini bagels 20.0 x
  • Baby spinach 300.0 g
  • Smoked salmon 400.0 g

These sliders combine some of the breakfast favourites, such as eggs, salmon, and bagels, into one tasty package. The KNORR Tomato Powder gives an extra zest to the cream cheese mixture.

Preparation

  1. Tomato Cream Cheese Mayo

    • Place the cream cheese, HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise, and KNORR Tomato Powder in a bowl and mix together until smooth.
  2. Scrambled Eggs

    • Lightly whisk eggs with KNORR Hollandaise Sauce until fully combined. Season. 
    • Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook until lightly scrambled. Remove and keep warm.
  3. To Assemble

    • Split and lightly toast the bagels. 
    • Spread the tomato cream cheese mayo over both sides of each bagel. Top with baby spinach, smoked salmon, and scrambled eggs.
  4. To Serve

    • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cracked black pepper to serve.
