Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.

  2. To Cook & Assemble

    • Deep fry the battered fish cocktails. Drain and set aside.
    • Combine KNORR Thai Lime Powder and HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise. Set aside.
    • Lightly grill the corn tortillas.
    • Arrange the tomatoes, lettuce, onions, coriander, and KNORR Mexican Chunky Salsa Mild in each tortilla.
    • Add a generous dollop of lime mayo. Serve with extra KNORR Mexican Chunky Salsa Mild on the side.
