For the Steak

  • Oil, olive , extra virgin 50 ml
  • Rib eye steak 150 g

For the Garlic

  • Oil, olive , extra virgin 50 ml
  • Garlic cloves, peeled 50 g

For the Pizza Toppings

To Finish

  • Wild rocket, garnish 10 g
  1. For the Steak

    • Add 50 ml of the olive oil to frying pan and cook the steak. Slice and set aside for use.
  2. For the Garlic

    • Place the garlic into a roasting pan and drizzle with the remaining oil. Place in oven and cook until soft, remove and set aside for use.
  3. For the Pizza Toppings

    • Spread the KNORR Tomato Chilli Jam evenly onto the pizza base.
    • Add the rest of the ingredients in the following order - grilled steak, roasted capsicum, red onion, garlic and feta.
  4. To Finish

    • Place in the pizza oven until cooked. Remove and garnish with the wild rocket.
