Ingredients
For the Steak

Oil, olive , extra virgin 50 ml

Rib eye steak 150 g
For the Garlic

Oil, olive , extra virgin 50 ml

Garlic cloves, peeled 50 g
For the Pizza Toppings

Medium pizza base 1 x

Capsicum, roasted 80 g

Red onions, thinly sliced 50 g

Persian feta 60 g
To Finish

Wild rocket, garnish 10 g
Preparation

For the Steak
- Add 50 ml of the olive oil to frying pan and cook the steak. Slice and set aside for use.

For the Garlic
- Place the garlic into a roasting pan and drizzle with the remaining oil. Place in oven and cook until soft, remove and set aside for use.

For the Pizza Toppings
- Spread the KNORR American Tomato Chilli Relish GF evenly onto the pizza base.
- Add the rest of the ingredients in the following order - grilled steak, roasted capsicum, red onion, garlic and feta.

To Finish
- Place in the pizza oven until cooked. Remove and garnish with the wild rocket.
