Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Roast

    • Trim beef roast and sprinkle generously with sea salt flakes and place in a large gastronome. Cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour 10 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
    • Once beef has finished cooking, cover and rest.
  3. Gravy

    • Whilst beef is resting, combine KNORR Gravy with warm water [500ml per 10 serves] in the pot. Bring to a boil, whisking for 2-3 minutes or until thickened.
  4. To Serve

    • Serve beef with gravy, steamed and roasted root vegetables.
