Beef Patty

  • Beef mince 850.0 g
  • ½ Bunch thyme
  • Sour cream 200.0 g
  • Bourbon 100.0 ml


To Assemble and Serve

  • Slider buns 20.0 x
  • Bacon 500.0 g
  • Baby spinach 200.0 g
  • Blue Cheese 150.0 g

The rich bourbon flavour goes perfectly with KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce. You can also try an option with beer or cider. Swap out the blue cheese with any other cheese if desired.



  1. Beef Patty

    • Place the beef mince in a large bowl with the thyme; mix with your hands until fully combined. Shape into 20 small patties, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
    • Heat a chargrill or hot plate to medium-high. Cook beef patties until well browned and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  2. Sauces

    • Mix sour cream and HELLMANN’S Ranch Dressing until smooth. 
    • Heat the bourbon and KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, then keep warm.
  3. To Assemble and Serve

    • Cook bacon until it is golden and crispy. Drain on a paper towel and keep warm.
    • Split the slider buns and lightly toast them. Spread both sides with the ranch dressing mixture. Top with baby spinach, a patty, bacon, and crumbled blue cheese. Drizzle with bourbon chipotle sauce and serve.
