  1. Method

    Season the steaks and cook until desired liking.
  2. Shimeji Mushroom Sauce

    • Heat oil and fry the mushrooms, remove and set aside making sure you don’t overcook.
    • Add the dry sherry and reduce, add the water and whisk in the KNORR Jus, stir until thickened over heat.
    • Add the cooked mushrooms and serve with the steak.
  3. Serving suggestion

    Thin sliced potato, wild green and radish salad.
