Method
Season the steaks and cook until desired liking. -
Shimeji Mushroom Sauce
- Heat oil and fry the mushrooms, remove and set aside making sure you don’t overcook.
- Add the dry sherry and reduce, add the water and whisk in the KNORR Jus, stir until thickened over heat.
- Add the cooked mushrooms and serve with the steak.
