Pastry Filling

  1. Pastry Shells

    • Cut out short crust pastry sheets into small rounds and line 20 lightly greased tart holes in a mini tart pan.
  2. Pastry Filling

    • Fry finely chopped bacon and onion until golden.
    • Mix bacon and onion with eggs, cream, HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise, thyme, and cheese.
  3. To Assemble & Cook

    • Pour filling mixture into tart shells.
    • Bake in a preheated combi oven at 175 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes or until golden and firm.
  4. To Serve

    • Cool, then serve with simple salad and a spoonful of chutney if desired.
