Finely chopped shallots and fragrant lemongrass are infused with red chilli and kaffir lime leaf, while a hint of shrimp paste and fish sauce adds depth and fresh lime juice brightens the creaminess ofHELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise. Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Combine Ingredients

    • In a medium bowl, combine eschalots, lemongrass, chilli, lime leaf, shrimp paste and fish sauce. Add KNORR Thai Lime Powder and water (20ml per 10 serves). Stir.
  3. To Finish

    • Add HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Stir well.
