  • Corn cobs 4 x

Lime Mayonnaise Dressing

To Serve

  • Carrot, thinly sliced 200 g
  • Red onion, thinly sliced 300 g
  • Yellow Capsicum, thinly sliced 450 g
  • Red Capsicum, thinly sliced 450 g
  • Red cabbage, thinly sliced 450 g
  • Green cabbage, thinly sliced 450 g
  • Jalapenos, thinly sliced 3 x
  1. Coleslaw

    • Char grill corn. Remove corn kernels.
  2. Lime Mayonnaise Dressing

    • Combine KNORR Lime Powder and 150ml water. Whisk in HELLMANN'S Mayonnaise.
  3. To Serve

    • Place all coleslaw ingredients in a bowl; pour over dressing, tossing to combine.
  4. Chef's Tip

    • Use a mandolin to slice vegetables to save time.
