  • Tahini 200.0 g

Baking a whole cauliflower is on trend and it makes for a great budget side. The nuttiness of a simple tahini sauce compliments the flavour of cauliflower. Enhance with KNORR Intense Flavours Umami and a rub of KNORR Tomato Powder for something extra special.

Preparation

  1. Cauliflower

    • Rub cauliflower with KNORR Intense Flavours Umami and set aside for 30 minutes. 
    • Rub KNORR Tomato Powder over cauliflower and drizzle with oil.
    • Steam at 30% on 150 degree Celsius in combi oven for 30 minutes.
    • Change combi setting to bake at 150 degree Celsius and continue to cook for 30 minutes until cauliflower is tender. 
    • Combine 500 ml water and KNORR Golden Roast Gravy and bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. 
  2. To Serve

    • Serve cauliflower with tahini sauce, KNORR Golden Roast Gravy and zesty tomato, parsley and red onion salsa.
  3. Tip

    • Prepare a quick tahini sauce by mixing together tahini, greek yoghurt and a little water. Add some ground cumin if desired.
