Served as a spin on the traditional osso bucco this dish is versatile enough to work well with other secondary cuts of beef or pork.

Preparation

  1. Method

    • Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Brown osso bucco pieces well.
    • Combine KNORR Beef Booster with 10 cups boiling water and stir to dissolve.
    • Transfer osso bucco pieces to a large gastronome along with onion, spices, soy, cooking wine, garlic, ginger and brown sugar. Cover tightly.
    • Cook in combi oven for 3 - 4 hours at 160 degree Celsius turning occasionally until beef is very tender.
    • Serve osso bucco and braising liquid with steamed rice and vegetables. Garnish with green onion.
