  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Umami mayo

    • Combine Knorr Thai Lime Powder, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise and Knorr Concentrated Liquid Stock in a bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. To serve

    • Spread the umami mayo evenly over half of the sourdough slices. Layer with chicken thigh, provolone, carrot, daikon, cucumber and jalapeño. Top with the remaining sourdough slices to close the sandwich.
