  1. Goulash

    • Heat oil in a large pot and lightly cook the onions.
    • Add the beef and cook until browned.
    • Add the mushrooms, ground paprika and water. Mix well.
    • Simmer for 1.5 hours or until beef is tender.
    • Make a slurry with CONTINENTAL Rich Brown Gravy and some water. Stir it into the goulash together with sour cream until the goulash thickens.
  2. To serve

    • Ladle the goulash alongside some steamed broccoli and mash.
