Mushrooms, quartered 500.0 g

Sour cream 100.0 g

Ground Paprika 15.0 g

Preparation

Goulash
- Heat oil in a large pot and lightly cook the onions.
- Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Add the mushrooms, ground paprika and water. Mix well.
- Simmer for 1.5 hours or until beef is tender.
- Make a slurry with CONTINENTAL Rich Brown Gravy and some water. Stir it into the goulash together with sour cream until the goulash thickens.
