Maple Bacon Hotdog

Hotdog sausages, chorizo 10.0 x

Hotdog buns 10.0 x

Bacon rashes 400.0 g

Maple syrup 200.0 ml

American cheddar, sliced 300.0 g

Sauerkraut 250.0 g

Shallots, sliced 100.0 g
Preparation

Method
- Grill the sausage and bacon. Once cooked- grill and slice the roll.
- Once bacon is cooked remove from the grill and pour over maple syrup - allow to sit for a few minutes.
- Spread KNORR American Tomato Chilli Relish GF on each side of the roll.
- Places the cheese on one side of the roll and the bacon in the bottom.
- Add in the chorizo sausage, top with sauerkraut and shallots.
