Nanban fried chicken excites diners because it delivers a layered flavour and texture experience in one bite. Crispy, juicy chicken soaked in a sweet-tangy glaze and finished with rich tartare creates a bold sweet-sour-umami contrast that is highly craveable. Here, the sauce is elevated to include ingredients that bring together creamy textures and aromatic fragrance, rounding off the dish to delight the tastebuds while still letting the crunch of a crispy fried chicken come through.
