Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Stew

    • Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Cook onions and carrots until tender.
    • Whisk together KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli with some water (100ml per 10 serves), then add to pan.
    • Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and stir through silverbeet, sausages, tomatoes and lentils.
    • Simmer until sausages are cooked through and silverbeet is wilted.
  3. Chef tip

    • Sliced bread is always the perfect partner to a good stew.
