Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Pork chop tonkatsu

    • Season the pork loin chops on both sides with Knorr Chicken Booster and pepper.
    • Prepare the coating by whisking flour, beaten eggs and a little cold water into a thick batter. Dip the pork into the batter, then coat evenly with panko breadcrumbs and toasted sesame seeds.
    • Fry the cutlets on 170°C for 4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
    • Transfer to a wire rack or paper towel to drain excess oil and rest briefly.
  3. To serve

    • Slice into strips and serve with lettuce, radishes, lemon wedges and micro herbs.
