Soy sauce 150 ml

Mirin 100 ml

Mixed salad leaves 350 g

Wakame seaweed 150 g

Cucumber, thinly sliced 250 g

Carrots, thinly sliced 200 g
Lime Mayonnaise
Preparation

Salt and Pepper Squid
- Deep fry Salt and Pepper Squid.

Salad
- Mix soy sauce and mirin together then combine salad leaves, cucumber, carrots and wakame seaweed.

Lime Mayonnaise
- Combine KNORR Thai Lime Powder and HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise.

To Serve
- Place the salad in a serving bowl and add salt and pepper squid, serve with lime mayonnaise.
