Salt and Pepper Squid

  • Seafrost Salt and Pepper Squid 1 kg


  • Soy sauce 150 ml
  • Mirin 100 ml
  • Mixed salad leaves 350 g
  • Wakame seaweed 150 g
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced 250 g
  • Carrots, thinly sliced 200 g

To Serve

  1. Salt and Pepper Squid

    • Deep fry Salt and Pepper Squid.
  2. Salad

    • Mix soy sauce and mirin together then combine salad leaves, cucumber, carrots and wakame seaweed together.
  3. To Serve

    • Place salad in serving bowl and add salt and pepper squid, serve with lime mayonnaise.
