  • Tomatoes 180 g
  • White onions 80 g
  • Coriander, leaves 8 g
  • Chilli, green 5 g
  • Lime juice 15 ml
  • Oil 20 ml

  • Green chilli
  • Coriander
  • Lime
  • Avocado
  1. Tomato salsa

    • Chop the tomatoes without the seeds into equal cubes. Mix with finely chopped onion, chili and coriander. Season with oil, pepper, salt and lime juice.
  2. Sauce

    • Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Shrimps

    • Put a pan on high heat, add some oil and add the prawns and Knorr Professional Garlic Puree.
  4. To serve

    • Take a warm tortilla and start with the tomato salsa, add the roasted prawns and finish it with some avocado, green chili, coriander, lime juice and the chipotle mayonnaise.
