Method
- Coat the chicken tenderloins in Knorr Patak’s Tandoori Paste. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken in a combi oven until cooked through.
- Combine Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise and Knorr Patak’s Sweet Mango Chutney.
- Spread mayo mix over the bread and top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and chicken tenderloins (2-3 per serve). Serve with lemon wedges.
