Ingredients
For the Chicken

Oil, vegetable 100 ml

Onions, red, diced 600 g

Mushrooms, halved 800 g

Chicken, thigh, 4 cm diced 2 kg

Capsicum, green, cut into 3 cm diced 600 g
For the Honey Soy Sauce

Water 300 ml
For the Mash Potato

Water 1.1 l
To Finish

Corn, kernels, steamed 1.5 kg

Carrot batons, steamed 1.5 kg
Preparation

For the Chicken
- Brown the chicken in the oil.
- Add onions, mushrooms and capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.

For the Honey Soy Sauce
- Add the 300 ml of water and the KNORR World Cuisine Honey BBQ Sauce, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked through.

For the Mash Potato
- Place the 1.12 L water in a large pot and bring to the boil, remove from heat and whisk in the KNORR Instant Mashed Potato Mix until well combined, cover and place aside for use.

To Finish
- Serve the chicken with mashed potato, corn and carrots.
