Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Method

    • Add oil and butter to a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic cloves and cook for 5 minutes or until ingredients soften. Add chicken and cook until browned.
    • Add wine and cook for 2–3 minutes or until wine reduces by around 1⁄2. Add water and Knorr Professional Cream of Chicken Soup Mix and bring to the boil, whisking occasionally. Add Knorr Professional Roux and Knorr Professional Liquid Chicken Stock.
    • Add parmesan cheese and frozen peas and stir to combine.
    • Transfer chicken mixture to pie dishes. Top with puff pastry, folding edges down.
    • Brush pastry with egg and cut a small hole in the middle.
    • Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes or until pastry is golden.
  3. Serving suggestion

    • Serve garnished with parsley.
