What you need

Bring together two of your punters' favourite snacks with juicy tomato-flavoured beef mince, tart pickles, and oozy cheese in a crispy spring roll format that's handy for dipping into the smoky chipotle mayo.



  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Filling

    • In a large bowl, mix beef mince and onions with your hands until fully combined.
    • Shape into large patties, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    • Heat a well-oiled chargrill or hot plate to high. Cook patties until well browned and cooked through.
    • Remove and allow to cool, then break up into small pieces.
    • Mix the patty pieces with KNORR American Tomato Chilli Relish.
  3. Spring Rolls

    • Working one at a time, lay a spring roll wrapper out on a flat surface. Make sure the remaining wrappers do not dry out.
    • Place a little of the filling along one end of the wrapper, leaving room at each end.
    • Top with some chopped pickles and cheese.
    • Roll the wrapper over the filling, folding the edges in and enclosing like a cigar.
    • Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
    • Deep fry the spring rolls until golden and crispy. Drain and set aside.
  4. Chipotle Mayo

    • Mix HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise with KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce until well combined.
  5. To Serve

    • Plate the spring rolls, or serve in a interesting container, with chipotle mayo and extra dill pickles on the side.
