  1. Method

    • Lightly heat butter in a large saucepan, add onion and lightly sweat, then add paprika and mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes over high heat.
    • Add water and CONTINENTAL Professional Gluten Free Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
    • Garnish mushroom soup with parsley and cream.

    • Bread roll.
