Method
- Lightly heat butter in a large saucepan, add onion and lightly sweat, then add paprika and mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes over high heat.
- Add water and CONTINENTAL Professional Gluten Free Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Garnish mushroom soup with parsley and cream.

- Use any type of mushroom and just adjust cooking time or add sautéed onions or a bay leaf when cooking.
