Preparation

  1. Method

    • Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add bacon and leek and sauté for 5 minutes or until golden.
    • Add water, KNORR Professional Potato & Leek Soup Mix and potato, bring to the boil and stir continuously. Simmer for 10 minutes or until potato is tender.
    • Serve soup garnished with chervil.
  2. Serving Suggestion

    • Crusty bread with butter.
  3. Tip

    • Add sour cream for a rich, creamy finish.
