The marinade is key in this recipe, which infuses the chicken wings with some incredible flavours. Roasting over the barbecue results in a beautiful crisp skin and juicy meat that is best served with a spicy mayo.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Marinade

    • Mix the oyster sauce, honey, garlic puree, sesame oil, salt and white pepper in a vacuum bag.
  3. BBQ Chicken

    • Add the chicken wings and seal the bag. Allow to marinate overnight.
    • Skewer the chicken wings. Roast over a charcoal barbecue until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Salad

    • Toss the sliced cucumbers and radish in some oil, lime juice, red chillies, and half the coriander.
  5. Chilli Mayo

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise with chilli sauce, extra lime juice, and remaining half of the coriander.
  6. To Serve

    • Leave the chicken wings skewered, and serve with the salad and chilli mayo on the side.
