Roti Tandoori Prawn Tacos
Grilled soft Flat bread with tandoori coated prawns and minted yoghurt. A great option for any lunch menu.

Dressing

Cucumber, seeds removed, chopped 100.0 g

Mint 30.0 g

Yoghurt 500.0 g
Prawns

Prawns, peeled 1.5 kg
To Serve

Small rotis 20.0 x

Coriander, picked 40.0 g

Spanish onion, sliced 200.0 g
Preparation

Dressing
- Finely dice cucumber, rough chopped mint and mix through yogurt. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Prawns
- In a pan seal the prawns until just coloured – add in KNORR Patak's Tandoori Paste and stir until just cooked.
- Add the KNORR Gluten Free Pronto Napoli and stir until hot.
- Set aside until ready to use.
