What you need

A light and great option for any lunch menu, this grilled flatbread dish is served with mildly spiced tandoori prawns and a refreshing minty yogurt dressing.



  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Dressing

    • Combine the diced cucumber, chopped mint, and yogurt.
    • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Prawns

    • In a hot pan, seal the prawns until just coloured.
    • Add in KNORR Patak's Tandoori Paste and stir until cooked.
    • Mix in KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli and stir until warmed through.
    • Set aside ready to use.
  4. To Assemble

    • Lightly grill the roti pieces.
    • Place coriander leaves and sliced onions on a roti, then top with tandoori prawns.
    • Finish off with dollops of dressing before serving.
