Preparation

  1. Tofu

    • Combine tofu and KNORR Intense Flavours Deep Smoke and marinate overnight or for a few hours.
    • Char grill tofu until grilled.
  2. Dressing

    • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season.
  3. Salad

    • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add dressing and toss to combine.
  4. To Serve

    • Place salad in bowl, top with tofu. Garnish with micro herbs.
