Preparation

Tofu
- Combine tofu and Knorr Intense Flavours Deep Smoke and marinate overnight or for a few hours.
- Char grill tofu until grilled.

Dressing
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season.

Salad
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add dressing and toss to combine.

To Serve
- Place salad in bowl, top with tofu. Garnish with micro herbs.
