- Season pork fillets. Grill or pan fry until just cooked through, then thinly slice.
- Peel cucumbers into long ribbons. Cut spring onions into short lengths and shred.
- To assemble banh mi, split the rolls and spread with Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise. Top with slices of pork, cucumbers, spring onions, coriander and sliced red chillies. Drizzle with Knorr World Cuisine Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce to serve.
