Preparation

Patties
- Place pork mince in a bowl with grated pear, breadcrumbs, parmesan and sage. Mix until combined, then form into patties. Cover and chill.
- Pan fry or grill patties until cooked through.

Gravy with Sautéed Pears
- Cut extra pears into thin slices. Sauté until golden and tender.
- Combine KNORR Rich Brown Gravy GF and 500 ml water and bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

To Serve
- Serve pork patties with sautéed pears and KNORR Rich Brown Gravy GF.
