Patties

  • Pork mince 1.0 kg
  • Grated pear 1.0 x
  • Fresh breadcrumbs 1.0 cup
  • Finely grated parmesan 23.0 g
  • Chopped sage 17.0 g

Gravy with Sautéed Pears


Golden meatballs with a traditional flavour combination. The addition of sautéed, caramelized pears will make this dish a favourite.

Preparation

  1. Patties

    • Place pork mince in a bowl with grated pear, breadcrumbs, parmesan and sage. Mix until combined, then form into patties. Cover and chill.
    • Pan fry or grill patties until cooked through.
  2. Gravy with Sautéed Pears

    • Cut extra pears into thin slices. Sauté until golden and tender. 
    • Combine KNORR Rich Brown Gravy GF and 500 ml water and bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. To Serve

    • Serve pork patties with sautéed pears and KNORR Rich Brown Gravy GF.
