Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Loaded Waffle Fries

    • Place the cooked waffle fries in a large heatproof dish.
    • Crumble the cooked sausage over the top, then sprinkle with the cheese.
    • Place into a preheated oven at 200°C until the cheese has melted, about 3–5 minutes.
    • Remove from the oven and top with crumbled meatloaf and pickled peppers.
  3. Gravy

    • Combine KNORR Rich Brown Gravy and pomegranate molasses with warm water (500 ml per 10 serves). Bring to a boil, whisking for 2–3 minutes or until thickened.
  4. To Serve

    • Drizzle with pomegranate molasses, infused gravy and parsley.
