  1. Method

    • In a large pan, bring red wine to the boil. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then add 500 ml of water and heat. 
    • Whisk in KNORR Jus Gluten Free and bring to the boil. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, continue whisking until smooth, and then serve.
