Roasted Pumpkin and Cumin Soup
Creamy roasted pumpkin soup garnished with chives.

Oil, canola 20.0 ml
Cumin, ground 10.0 g
Pumpkin, cleaned and diced 1.0 kg
Water 3.3 l
Cream 200.0 ml
Chives, To Garnish
Bread, To Serve
- Roast pumpkin with oil and cumin in oven until caramelised.
- Combine the CONTINENTAL Professional Cream of Pumpkin Soup Mix with water using a whisk. Bring to the boil.
- Add pumpkin and cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Blend until smooth.
