Preparation

  1. Chicken

    • In a hot wok or pan place the oil until smoking, add the sliced chicken, stir fry until cooked.
  2. Vegetables and sauce

    • Add fresh chopped choy sum, cook for 1 minute.
    • Add KNORR Chinese Honey Soy Sauce GF and heat.
  3. To Finish

    • Garnish with shallots and serve with steamed rice.
