A popular sauce that is well and truly back in vogue, it provides a perfect accompaniment to any steak. Using KNORR Hollandaise Gluten Free Sauce as a base makes for a quick and easy creamy sauce with a tangy, slightly sweet flavour.

  1. Method

    • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add eschalots and cook without colouring until soft. 
    • Stir through sherry vinegar and tarragon leaves. Cook until the vinegar is reduced by two-thirds, then add KNORR Hollandaise Gluten Free Sauce. Cook gently for 3–4 minutes, then serve.
