Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Fish

    • Deep fry Beer Battered Flathead until golden. Drain and set aside.
  3. Chilli Mayonnaise

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise and KNORR Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce. Cover and refrigerate.
  4. To Assemble & Serve

    • Spread baguette with chilli mayo. Top with kimchi, butter lettuce, radishes, and fried fish.
    • Serving suggestion: Pair this with potato crisps and dill pickles on the side.
