- Place lamb chops in a baking dish, pour over KNORR Intense Flavours Deep Smoke, toss to coat then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a pan over medium heat bring water and apple cider to the boil. Add KNORR Rich Brown Gravy and whisk until smooth. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened and reduced slightly. Keep warm.
- Heat a chargrill and cook lamb chops until cooked through.
- Serve lamb with roast potatoes and steamed greens, accompanied with cider gravy.
