Bulgogi Rump Steak with Salsa Roja
Marinated rump steak with a traditional tomato-based Mexican sauce. What's not to love! Served with a simple mash to allow the flavours to stand out in the sauce.

Salsa Roja

Coriander, chopped 30 g
Preparation

Steak
- Combine all ingredients and pour over steak to marinate.
- Let marinate for minimum 1 hour.

Salsa Roja
- Place all ingredients into food processor.
- Blitz until smooth.
- Set aside ready to serve.
- Place all ingredients into food processor.

- Cook steak - slice and serve.
