Chicken breasts (1kg of approx. weight) 6 x

Butter lettuce 125 g

Red capsicum, thinly sliced 1 x

Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced 250 g

Slices of wholemeal crusty bread 20 x
Preparation

Method
- Coat chicken breasts in Knorr Patak’s Butter Chicken Paste and chill for an hour.
- Bake in a combi oven until cooked through. Cool and thinly slice.
- Combine Hellmann’s Ranch Dressing with Hellmann’s Real Aioli.
- To assemble, spread aioli mix over the bread. Top with butter lettuce, capsicum, cucumber and sliced butter chicken.
