Fish Sandwich with Tartare Slaw
Tartare sauce is a favourite condiment sauce to have with fish. But combine it with shredded red and green cabbage for a quick and deliciously easy slaw and it will be a perfect side for your fish and chips.

Preparation

Tartare Sauce
- Mix HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise with buttermilk, chopped dill, chives, capers, and pickles. Finely shred cabbage and add to dressing. Toss until fully combined.

- Deep fry fish until crisp and golden. Drain.
- Spread rolls with tartare slaw. Top with fish and serve with chips or roast vegetables.
